Will my hyaluronic acid injections melt at the beach? 💉☀️

This is a question I get very often:Can sun, heat, the sea, or sand affect my hyaluronic acid injections?
✨ The reassuring answer: NO.Heat does not alter hyaluronic acid.Once injected, it integrates into the tissues and does not “melt” in the sun — whether dry or humid heat.
But that doesn’t mean there are no precautions to take. 👇
⚠️ What can actually cause issues:🔸 Direct sun exposure within 48 hours after injections🔸 Exposing a bruise: this can lead to permanent pigmentation🔸 Intense UV exposure without proper SPF🔸 Heat-based treatments (sauna, hammam) too soon after injections
💡 My advice for a safe, beautiful summer:• Wait at least 48 hours before sun, pool, or beach exposure• Never expose a bruise or red area to the sun• Always wear high SPF sunscreen (SPF 50+), even in the shade• Stay well hydrated – your skin and your injections will thank you
💬 In short: your fillers won’t melt in the sun…But how you treat your skin after injections can make all the difference between flawless results and unwanted surprises.
