Intimate Surgery
Dr. Laurent BENADIBA has been practicing intimate surgery since 2004. He is one of the pioneers of this discipline, which remains rare.
These interventions bring a real benefit to the patients, freeing them from often old complexes.
Nymphoplasty or Labiaplasty
Nymphoplasty is the reduction of the small genital lips. We talk about Nymphea which is the anatomical term that has nothing to do with nymphomania.
This intervention is the most frequent in intimate surgery. It is aimed at women of all ages and sometimes teenagers who are already very embarrassed by the size of the labia minora. The patients have a mixed gene, aesthetic, functional and psychological.

The intervention is simple, performed under local anesthesia in the operating room, lasts 45 minutes. It consists in reducing the labia minora in a symmetrical way but they should never be amputated.
​
There are several techniques but the V-plasty gives the best results, on the other hand, it is technically more delicate and requires real experience to avoid complications such as disunity.
Labia Majora Augmentation
The augmentation of the labia majora makes it possible to reconstruct the labia majora which have lost volume after weight loss or with age, or which are congenitally thin.
​
Usually, the labia majora are rounded and clearly visible, on either side of the vulvar "slit", they are covered with a thin skin which promotes the evaporation of water. They are covered with hairs on the outside while their interior remains glabrous without hairs.
The pigmentation of the skin is more pronounced on the outside and the inside is pink and smooth. The size and shape varies between women and variations in size and shape between the lips of the same woman are common.
The augmentation of the labia majora is performed either by injection of fat (lipofilling) or by injection of hyaluronic acid.

In the case of lipofilling, it is necessary to perform a small liposuction in the block under local anesthesia then reinject the fat into the lips. There is always a partial melting, we will therefore over-correct or plan a 2nd session after 3 months.
​
For hyaluronic acid, the technique is simple, practiced in the office under local anesthesia. We inject one to 2 syringes/sides (Desirial-plus) which will last an average of 12 months.
This intervention is often coupled with the reduction of the labia minora, it thus makes it possible to cover the small hypertrophy of the labia minora or to perfect the aesthetic aspect during a labiaplasty.
Mount Venus
Many women have excess fat that is sometimes too prominent in the area above the pubic hair, usually linked to being overweight but not necessarily. It is sometimes anatomical because linked to an anteverted pelvis which propels the pubis forward.

This is often associated with large, voluminous lips. This localized adiposity can give an unfeminine silhouette. The correction is based on liposuction of this area when the excess fat is responsible for the Mount Venus.
​
The intervention consists of liposuction. If there is sagging skin, a facelift will be performed in parallel. The scars will be hidden in the natural folds of the skin.
The results: Very good when the Mount Venus is greasy, ineffective if the Mount Venus is anatomical (shape of the pelvis).
The Clitoral Hood
The clitoral hood is the skin that covers the clitoris (hood).
In some cases it is thicker and this can interfere with the stimulation of the clitoris and reduce its sensitivity. Other patients simply find it too thick and unsightly.

The surgical reduction of this hood will increase sensitivity and promote clitoral orgasm.
​
The procedure is simple and performed under local anesthesia. It consists of performing a V-plasty to reduce the hood while maintaining its natural appearance with an invisible scar. Be careful, however, not to reduce the hood too much because the clitoris will then be permanently exposed and hyper-irritable.
Intimate Medicine
Intimate Medicine includes all interventions with the aim of repairing or restoring the normal sexuality of men or women.
This discipline is recent, it was born on the impulse of specialists in aesthetics, gynecologists and urologists.
Many techniques exist today using: hyaluronic acid, PRP, Lasers, LED, Radio-frequency, Stem cells...
Hyaluronic Acid Injections
Hyaluronic acid, used to fill wrinkles usually helps repair the intimate area in women so it is used for:

- Treat vaginal dryness linked to Menopause, anti-cancer treatments, hormonal disorders, decreased libido...
​
- Improves so-called vaginal dyspareunia pain, on episiotomy type scars
​
- Increase G spot to improve vaginal orgasms,
- Increase the labia majora with a mixed benefit because it provides, in addition to aesthetic remodeling, a physical cushion that protects the entrance to the vagina and limits local irritation.
The quantity injected is generally lower than fat between 2 and 4 cc/side because the product is waterlogged and it is more volumizing than fat.

PRP and Sexual Dysfunctions
Sexual dysfunctions include disorders of sexuality in women after childbirth or related to normal or premature aging of the genital area.
PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma can be used for vaginal restoration in women who suffer from decreased desire and libido, vaginal dryness, pain related to childbirth or urinary disorders.
Injection of PRP:
The vaginal restoration injection with PRP is simple and takes about 40 minutes without anesthesia. As with all treatments using PRP, a sample of the patient's blood is taken and then the red blood cells, serum and platelets are separated by centrifugation. Red blood cells are discarded, and platelet-rich and platelet-poor plasma is recovered.
The intervention does not require any interruption of the patient's activity. The results can be immediate, but sometimes it takes a few weeks for them to be optimal. Results lasting up to 12/18 months have been demonstrated.
Platelet-rich plasma helps rejuvenate vaginal tissue, improve sexual response, and relieve urinary incontinence. Although results vary from person to person, patients can expect to see the following changes:
• increased sexual arousal by clitoral stimulation
• younger and smoother looking skin around the vagina
• more intense and frequent orgasms
• increased sexual desire: libido
• better ability to achieve a vaginal orgasm
• decrease in pain for patients with dyspareunia
• increase in natural lubrication
• decrease in urinary incontinence
